At Swyft Kleen Services, we know schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, just give us a heads-up.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • You can call, text, or email us—whatever works for you!

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:
    A cancellation fee (up to 50% of your scheduled service price) may apply, and deposits will not be refunded.
  • If we arrive and can’t access your property (no one home, locked out, etc.), you’ll be charged a minimum service fee or forfeit your deposit.
  • Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a true emergency, reach out—we’ll do our best to work with you.
