We want every client to be happy with their cleaning. If you have concerns, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right—at no extra charge.

Refund Policy


Refunds are a last resort.
Our goal is to resolve all concerns with a free re-clean first. Refunds are only considered if a re-clean is offered and the issue still isn’t resolved, at our sole discretion.

No refunds for services performed as agreed.
If the job matches the description and photos provided, and we’ve completed all agreed services, no refund will be issued.

No refunds for late cancellation, missed appointments, lack of access, or misrepresented job conditions.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or if you’re not home and we cannot access the property.

Deposits & Payment

If you are not home during your appointment:

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

This deposit is applied to your total bill.

After we finish, we’ll send photos of the completed work. The final payment is due within 24 hours.

If you are home:

No deposit required—payment due after service.

Non-payment or disputes:

Failure to pay after service may result in late fees and a block from future appointments.

Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
